The cameras begin rolling and they zoom in on the “Above Average” Mark Brooks with the beautiful and dubbed “First Lady of LAW” Miss Michelle as they are inside a studio somewhere in Boston. Mark Brooks walks over to Miss Michelle and has she is getting off the phone, he hands her a bouquet of roses. She takes them into her hand, sniffs them at the top, and places them down on the table. She turns back over to Mark and places her hands on his ribs, as he does the same, and they embrace with a kiss. She leans back and he playfully slugs her right shoulder. He leans his elbow up on a tall piece of equipment and he look down at her with a smirk on his face.
mark BROOKS: I bet you’re pretty excited and all about what the Ladies All-star Wrestling promotion has promised you, eh?
Michelle strays away and brushes her hand through her hair, nodding.
miss MICHELLE: It would be a great honor and privilege to be the first World Champion for the company. I have to say, I am excited for it. I hope the other fifteen ladies expect the unexpected because when it comes to Miss Michelle nothing is predictable.
Brooks holds his hand to his mouth and nose, laughing at it.
mark BROOKS: Yeah, let’s not worry about all fifteen ladies though babe. You only need to focus on the qualifying match because after the first show, there will only be eight women standing. Who are you facing again?
Michelle reaches her hand to the side of her neck and cracks her joints as she bats her eyelashes.
miss MICHELLE: Some crazy girl who goes by the name of Violet. She thinks she’s “crazy,” but I call bullshit! Even though I need to beat her in order to advance, I will be paying attention to Kandi Washington, Crystal Taylor, and Morgan Alvertez’s matches as well. If I advance, I definitely do not want them to too.
mark BROOKS: Why? Are you forgetting you’re better than Kandi? As for Morgan and Crystal, who cares? You’ve never had to do battle with them before, so if that time comes in LAW you’ll be ready. Remember you’ve always been the best in PWF and Kandi hates you for it. She knows you’re a threat and the fact you’re in this company too is probably eating her alive.
Michelle chuckles to herself and nods.
miss MICHELLE: This is absolutely the truth! I heard she’s been bragging about having the main event on the debut card, but she has to live up to the opening match, which I currently hold. I plan on opening the show with a bang! It’s going to be a rather hard one for her to beat, considering how much she sucks in the ring!
mark BROOKS: So anyway, what are you doing in this studio anyway?
miss MICHELLE: I was asked to do an introductory photoshoot for the first LAW magazine. Who am I to turn down an offer like this? It’s huge!
He licks his lips and nods.
mark BROOKS: Oh you bet it is, sweetie.
He smirks and Michelle leans up on her tippy toes and places her hands on Mark’s shoulders, kissing him on the lips. She leans back down and she places her hand on her hip as she begins to walk off. As she walks off, Mark starts rubbing his palms together and licking his lips, watching his fiancé girl walk away. The scene fades to a commercial break.
The cameras reopen up and they set forth inside a back dressing room with Miss Michelle in a long fluffy white robe as she has her tie closing the robe. She pulls her hair from the back of the robe and flips it down her back as she stands up from her vanity table. She stands in front of the mirror and she undoes her robe, dripping it off of her shoulders as she reveals a very seductive and sexy pink and black corset with boy short outfits. She leans down on the table and looks through her reflection.
miss MICHELLE: Violet, Violet, Violet, you think you’re crazy, but you are nowhere near as crazy as I can be in the ring. I don’t want you to think you are going to scare me away from this match because you think you’re crazier than the average female wrestler. I’ve been around this business much longer than you have and I have dealt with far more crazier and much more dangerous ladies than you. But if you think you can waltz on into LAW thinking you’re going to be handed a victory over me in our debut matches, you have another thing coming. Now I’m not going to stand here and propose to you that I am undefeated or this powerhouse knockout that never loses because the truth is, I have my fair share of losses too. We all do. The difference between me and other women like Kandi, I know how to take a loss and learn from it. I continue to better myself in the ring because I learn from my mistakes and I do not intentionally make those same errors twice. I want you to know this debut match is for all the marbles. It’s going to help decide which one of us is the better woman for the job. And what job you might ask? The job of the World Champion.
She breaths in and exhales.
miss MICHELLE: I don’t know if you have any prior experience on winning titles, but I do. In fact, I am the current PWF Women’s Champion for my second time and more importantly, I am the inaugural champion. You see Violet, I don’t need you to tell me I’m way over my head going into this match because the truth is, I am right where I am supposed to be. I deserve to be in this tournament as much as you, if not more. You might have signed your contract earlier than me, but when you were booked against me, it was your opportunity that flew out the window because I’m not in any predicament to roll over and play dead, so you can feel special. We all know the one thing a championship like this does for a woman is make them feel special. To know you are the inaugural LAW World Champion is one of the biggest highlights any single one of us on the roster could ever ask for. It’s an opportunity all sixteen of us should be fighting tooth and nail for. It’s going to come down to which one out of sixteen wants it more. I don’t think you and everybody else combined wants it as much as me. If you or anybody else wants to prove me wrong, then show it to me inside the ring!
She leans down and she then walks backwards as she turns to her side. She starts to fix and adjust her corset.
miss MICHELLE: I’m willing to bleed and die for this championship. I understand this company is extremely new and constantly revolving with every single day, but it doesn’t mean the inaugural champion is any less important to this company. The woman who walks away from this tournament as champion is going to help Lucas Dupree put LAW on the map! Can you do that Violet? Do you even know what it entails to be a headliner in this business? No, you don’t. You can lie to yourself all you want Violet, but I know the truth. I have been around for over a decade and I know nearly every single female or male in this business. They might not know me, but ignorance is bliss and after stepping in the ring with me, they have no other choice than to respect what I have done for myself. I paved my own path made out of gold Violet. I have never depended on a man, woman, or group to get me where I am today. So if anybody should respect what I have done, it’s you! You won’t respect me because you think you are better than me. I want you to do everything in your power to prove you’re better than me. You know why? It’s because I know you won’t be able to do it. Whether you’ll choke under pressure or you will prove you are not ready for the big leagues, you’re going to be the one SEEING STARS brought to you by Miss Michelle!
She finishes tying the strings she can reach in the back of her corset and she twirls her finger around.
miss MICHELLE: Violet, you might not be ready for the big leagues, but it doesn’t mean you can’t settle for second best or yet, the tag team championships. The losers in these eight matches will then be entered in a battle royal where they will have a chance to compete for the second best title in the company. I think second best is perfect for you right now, Violet. I don’t want you to think I’m belittling your skill or underestimating you because that couldn’t be further from the truth. All I’m saying is, I think you’re at a disadvantage. I think you’re a tad bit over your head. Sounds like I’m using reverse psychology on you, Violet huh? I don’t think you’re ready for it and I’m really good at pointing out those women not ready for the starlight a World Championship comes with. It’s fine if you don’t want to admit you’re at a disadvantage this card because if I win… you will out of the tournament. You will no longer be competing for the World Championship, but you will be dreaming over it. If everything works out to my benefit, you would have been beaten by the overall tournament winner. So keep your fingers crossed.
She walks over to the corner of the table and she picks up a card as she briefly skims it and sets it down beside the LAW card on the table.
miss MICHELLE: I don’t want you to think I’m counting you out because I’m already looking forward to the quarterfinals, but when you’re in an order like this one, you have to constantly be aware about your next opponents. I am paying as close attention to the Danica Jones and Lilith Maddox match as much as I am paying attention to my own. If I am indeed the woman who advances Violet, Danica or Lilith will be my next opponent. I don’t want to give them the satisfaction of knocking me out of the tournament, if I can prevent it by observing them in action. You can call it overconfident, but I call it being ready at all costs. I don’t know what you’re doing or thinking about the next rounds, if you’re the one to advance, but I sure would hate it if the person who beat me got eliminated in the quarterfinals or the semifinals. I guess it just depends on the person and each person is different and have their own unique way of living their lives.
She walks over to the dressing room door and she stands by the wall with her left foot extended up, bent at the knee and she has the sole leaning against the wall.
miss MICHELLE: Now Violet, I have a photoshoot to do for the LAW magazine and I am going to be leaving you with this. You need to watch what you say about people because you never know when one might bite back. I’m not one to back down from any challenge: big or small. You could be the newest rookie in the game or the longest running vet in the business; it doesn’t matter because I will do the same against you. It’s not me being overconfident or arrogant; it’s simply me being confident in my own abilities. I know what I can do in the ring. I have trained with some of the best men and women in this industry’s past and held numerous titles, which I know is pretty irrelevant in LAW, but there’s a difference between arrogance and confidence. If I was arrogant, I wouldn’t even assume you’ll be a fight because I know you’re going to try hard. I just said, I doubt it will be enough to get the job done. But surprise me Violet, who know you might get close to an upset and be the woman to win the battle royal on the following card. Anyway, like I said, I have to get back to my photoshoot. Ciao!
She waves and she walks out of her dressing room. As she walks toward the set, the cameras stop rolling as they fade to black.
mark BROOKS: I bet you’re pretty excited and all about what the Ladies All-star Wrestling promotion has promised you, eh?
