LAME CHAMPION?
Circle Press Updated 4:50 pm ET, Tuesday, February 24, 2015 Article by Trisha VanReardon
NEW YORK CITY – NEW YORK | Sunday night, at Rising Stars, “Oni” Kymiku beat the odds and became the new LAW Champion when she defeated a very game Mackenzie Roberts. The ending of the match was not without controversy as several individuals got involved in the match after the referee was knocked unconscious. Oni managed to survive, but her future as champion is already in jeopardy as she suffered a very serious leg injury. Roberts targeted the left leg of Oni throughout the match, leaving the new champion so badly injured that she was unable to leave the ring under her own power.
The new LAW Champion was left off of LAW’s next show; set to emanate from Houston, Texas. While the new champion will not be in action, the woman that put her on the shelf will be battling Fujiko Mine, who also came desperately close to winning the Marquee Title at Rising Stars. It is not clear whether this may result in crowning a new #1 contender for Oni’s title, but what is clear is that whomever does face her, is likely to have the upper hand, thanks to the injury.
The champion’s Business Manager, ‘SoLo’ Song Xu Lo has promised to provide a response and update us on the status of the new champion.

First things, first. I would like to officially congratulate my sisters on winning their championship title matches at Rising Stars. Nyako has gone on to be the single greatest champion that LAW has ever seen since she won the title in November of last year. She has been a mainstay for the company and has shown time and time again that in a big match situation, no one can out perform her!
That takes me to the main event and this farce of a story! Oni Kymiku showed tons of grit and determination when she outlasted a field of 8 other women to claim the LAW Championship. This all came together in a singles match this past weekend against a very game Mackenzie Roberts. Roberts called for help when she saw that there was no way that she was going to win the match fairly, but in the end there was no way that anyone was going to stop her from winning that title. Now, a lot has been made out of the fact that Oni sustained a leg injury during that match that has temporarily sidelined her. Allow me to go on record and say this…my sister has NO intention of letting an injury stop her from holding and defending the LAW Championship with pride and honor.
We in USA recognize that the LAW Championship has been…diminished by lackluster and do-nothing champions in the past. Those days are officially OVER! The fact that the top title in this company has become nothing more than a stopover for women looking to retire is repulsive to us, as it should be for the entire company. USA has vowed to bring prestige back to the LAW Championship as well as to LAW itself!
To that end, you can ALL count on the new champion to be at LAW #23 to address all of the doubters and nay-sayers…in particular the women that ambushed her during her match on Sunday in a failed attempt to cost her the title! Mackenzie Roberts, Kate Steele, and Jennifer Drew made the biggest mistakes of their lives on Sunday night…and in less than two-weeks time, all three of them will get their punk-cards pulled when they have to go face to face with USA…instead of hitting them from behind like the cowards and thieves that they are!

@lawman69
Rising Stars was great, but I have to say that I wasn't happy with the outcome of the main event. LAW deserves a champion with sex appeal and that woman is obviously Mackenzie Roberts! I'd drink that woman's bath water! She got denied at Rising Stars, but she obviously left her mark on Kym Jung Oni and after she beats the holy hell out of Fookie Sookie Mine at LAW #23, she will be number one contender again and she will finish what she started and win that title back for America! #QueenBitchFan

@azainpride
In typical racist American style, lawman69 has managed to show his ignorance to the entire world! Mackenzie Roberts is a cheat and a louse! Drink her bath water? YUCK! I wouldn't even drink in a water fountain that she touched! Plain and simple, Oni is the new champion and she is already showing why she is the best champion that LAW has ever had. Despite nearly having her leg ripped off by a cheat, she is making plans to go to LAW #23 to confront the jealous skanks that tried to make sure that she didn't become THIER Champion!
If you don't respect that...stop watching LAW right now! Enough said!

Wow! I would have never thought that LAW could do worse than having a fucking hairdresser as its champion! Congratulations on having a certified psychopath hold your top title! I am astounded that this Asian gang is allowed to run roughshod over the rest of the roster, getting handed titles over more deserving women in LAW!
Nyako is the WORST Marquee Champion that there ever was! As much as it pains me to say this, Violet was 10-times the champion that Nyako is! As much as I didn’t care to see another geisha-girl wannabe win that belt this past weekend, I can’t help but feel that Mine would have been a step up from that USA trash! If life was fair and Lucas Dupree was listening to the people, Kate Steele would be next in line to be our Marquee Champion! Someone…please second this…PLEASE!!
As for the LAW Champion…the face of the company? I’ve seen better faces on clocks! Speaking of which…time is ticking on the reign of this very breakable supposed champion. I put her on the shelf months ago and kept her out of the Queen of the Ring. Now Mackenzie has hobbled her after one legit match! She is making some BIG production out of coming to LAW #23, but I will bet you all money that she doesn’t even show her face there for 3 simple reasons…
Jennifer Drew!
Kate Steele!
Mackenzie Roberts!
You can say what you want people, but you are looking at the evolution of wrestling right there! I only wish that LAW would get off their ass and realize what a mistake it is to not have ME competing! I would throw my support behind these girls and send USA packing right back to Bumfuck China, or wherever the hell they come from!
But that’s okay…if I can’t deal with LAW’s case of ‘yellow fever’ inside a LAW ring, I will do it in my own way. I hope my fans are paying CLOSE attention. I am going to do LAW a huge favor when I humiliate Alex Yin and show that curtain jerking jobber the door! Then she can run out of her with her tail tucked between her tail, just like Serizawa and Miyoko Oshiro!
USA and all of their friends are on the endangered species list…mark my words!
