Welcome to...
Hiya guys and gals!
This is Carmen Diaz, LAW's lead interviewer, and once again I bring you "Carmen's Corner".
L.A.W. #3 Review
We had a couple of really quick matches last week, and an impressive debut. Cindy Warren bounced back from earlier losses and defeated Seyton Silva in a quick match. Perhaps Seyton was unprepared, or nervous, but it wasn't a great showing, or a successful debut. Hoepfully, next week will be better for her.
But on the flip side, Snow had an amazing debut match against Danica Jones. After that showing, I look for nothing but big things for Snow in the future. She put on an impressive show, and could be on to bigger and better things.
Speaking of impressive, I don't know what got into Keira Fisher, or Sin, as she likes to be called now, but Amy Drew was just destroyed by her last week. And even more interesting, what is Sin's problem with Roxi Johnson, and speaking of that, where WAS Roxi last week. We've confirmed that both will be in the house in Louisville, so that could be an explosion.
And The Marquee title match was the very definition of controversial. Both Skye Sparks and Violet pinned Ambyr Foxx, so are they co-champions? The ref saw both hands and counted the fall. So there's a lot of crazy things that went down, but in the end, Violet walked away with the Marquee title, though she's not the champion. That gets settled next week.
L.A.W. #4 Preview
We're headed to Louisville, and we couldn't more excited. We've got a great line up and some debuts and everything in between. The Marquee title will be decided in 2 out of 3 falls, and the world champion is in action, plus perhaps a confrontation between Sin, and Roxi Johnson.
Cat James vs Manson Delany
These two are both making their debuts. I've heard a lot about how nasty and violet Cat James can be, but not a lot about Manson Delany, here's hoping they both have a great match. But if I had to pick one, I'm taking Cat, she's probably beat me up if I didn't.
Prediction: Cat James
Snow vs. Fiona Williams
We saw how impressive Snow was last week against Danica Jones, so she's got to be a bit of a favorite going in. Fiona saw action against Amy Drew and Julliet Brooks a couple of weeks ago, but came up short. Perhaps she'll bounce back this week. But based off what Snow did last week, I'll pick her to pick up another win here.
Prediction: Snow
Zelda Knite vs. Seyton Silva
Zelda Knite has laid claim to being the best ever. She has a lengthy resume with countless victories. Her reputation speaks for itself. Seyton has to make up for that effort last week, but against Zelda, it's a tall order. Probably too tall.
Prediction: Zelda Knite
Kate Steele vs. Sin
Kate Steele is the World Champion, and she gets her first test against Sin. Sin was dominant last week, and she has a new, vicious side that came out. The world champion has her work cut out of her, but is Sin focused on this match? She called out Roxi Johnson last week, so there could be an explosion there. If Sin does what she did last week, she's got to be in line for a title match. But Kate is the champion for a reason. So I trust that she won't let her fans down.
Prediction: Kate Steele
Skye Sparks vs. Violet (2 out of 3 Falls Marquee title match)
This will mark the third time these two have gone at it. Battle royals, triple threat matches, now, these two will go one on one, and it's 2 out of 3 falls, so there is no controversy, no bad calls. You must win two falls in order to win the championship. These is developing into a serious rivalry, and neither of these two are going to back down. So, who's gonna win? I'm just not sure. It's a pick 'em. Skye Sparks has shown her determination, and Violet's unorthodox style always is in play. So, this is one I just have to guess.
Prediction: Violet
Closing:
