The camera fades in showing the exterior of an average-sized house in the middle of a wooded area during the day. There is a slight dusting of snow on the ground and the branches of the trees. The voice of Rayne Daise is heard talking over the scene.
Rayne: The Triad House is filmed before a live studio audience...
The camera fades out and into a new scene which is the interior of the house while some corny sounding music plays. The house has a very rustic look with walls and most of the furniture is made of wood. Rayne sits on a couch beside Aimee Hathor while looking forward. A coffee table sits in front of them and the flicker of light from a television screen is seen, but the actual television is off-screen.
Rayne: Aims, it's been a long day and I feel like I've just been working hard all day long.
Aimee: Working hard all day? We've been sitting on our butts watching TV. Don't you mean hardly working all day?
Laughter is heard from an apparent audience off-screen.
Rayne: Aims, we have to watch all of this footage if we are wanting to learn the most about our opponents at the Rising Stars pay-per-view event. Now, let's back up again to the footage from LAW #42 where we see the Fireshock Sisters.
Aimee: Fine, here we go again.
Laughter is heard from the audience again as the girls prepare to watch the footage.
Rayne: So, here we have the really cheesy and cheap-looking promotional package set up to, I guess, get the crowd excited about their arrival. It's clearly mediocre camera work and not very good effects.
Aimee: Yes, this looks like it was produced by that company that made that movie. What was it called... Squared Circle Network?
Rayne: No, It's called the Circle Jerk Network, if I recall.
The audience laughs at the network name as Rayne turns up the volume with the television remote.
Rayne: Wow, those nicknames are so atrocious... A Firebird is a car and then the Welsh Suplex Girl?
Aimee: I suppose Pro Wrestling's Favorite Weathergirl is better?
The audience laughs and Rayne looks at Aimee sarcastically for a moment before returning to watching the footage.
Rayne: Did they just fist bump?
The audience laughs.
Aimee: Yes, that's exactly what they just did. Rayne, must we continue to watch this promo? I'm feeling brain cells die off while watching this.
The audience starts laughing again.
Rayne: Maybe they wanted to use this footage as a way to overcome their opponents.
Aimee: I doubt it. I think they are wanting to kill the brain cells of their opponents to even the playing field.
The audience laughs and applauds as Rayne nods to Aimee in agreement.
Rayne: I'll fast forward the footage.
Rayne presses a button on the remote as the sound goes away from the television for moment. Rayne releases the button and they are still apparently watching the same promo.
Aimee: This is going on forever....
The audience laughs.
Rayne: Yes, I know, but look here at this wonderfully beautiful specimen of a woman here. What's her name again? Onion? Undone? Endive?
The audience again laughs.
Aimee: No, she's apparently associated with water and I think her name is--
Rayne interrupts Aimee with an inflection of inspiration and revelation in her voice.
Rayne: I know her name! It's Canteen! That's her name.
The audience laughs as Aimee just nods agreeing with Rayne in an attempt to move her along in the conversation.
Rayne: Uh oh here comes Wendy and it's time for a fight! And... there go the Fireshock Sisters doing what they do best which is run off to find food.
The audience laughs as Aimee adds to Rayne's comment.
Aimee: Running to find pie? Wow, this is truly the biggest waste of time I've ever watched. I wish I could get those minutes back.
The audience laughs again.
Rayne: So this gives me a plan for our match at Rising Stars... Why don't we--
Rayne is interrupted by Amanda entering the room.
Clockworkx: What is going on here?
The audience gives heavy applause in adoration of Amanda's appearance. She resumes speaking when the applauding dies down.
Clockworkx: What are all of these people doing in my house?!
The camera pans back showing the audience standing just behind the production crew.
Rayne: We were just shooting a show here for a promo.
Clockworkx: Not with strangers in my house, you're not!
Amanda clears the room out as the audience and production crew leave. The camera just cuts to black.
The camera cuts to show Rayne Daise in a bright blue sundress siting on the beach with her feet dug into the sand. The waves can be heard crashing in the distance while a slight wind blow through Rayne's hair. There is no sunlight shining down as the day is overcast.
Rayne: It's been months since I was attacked backstage at a UWF event which put me on the shelf for quite some time. I was busted open badly, but it wasn't enough to put me out of action for good. While I was in the hospital, it was Amanda Clockworkx, a girl I inadvertently put into the hospital myself, who contacted me to make sure I was doing alright. For this I am thankful and owe a bit of a debt to her for helping keep me company when I was needing to talk to someone.
Rayne sits back more propping herself up with her hands behind her as she does.
Rayne: Thinking about the hospital stay for Amanda, I apologized for causing her to get injured as it was a total accident. Then, there was the situation with Jennifer Drew. I was just stopping by to keep her company while Amanda was in a coma and Jennifer was not allowed to see her. She took it hard, which I can understand, but I just couldn't resist and I arrived dressed a little provocatively and just needed to see the strength of their relationship. Everyone now knows their relationship didn't last and I found out ahead of time from Jennifer's decisions and actions. As far as me, we all know that all actions, good or bad, can bring about consequences. Amanda and Jenn have a daughter, Veronica, who apparently shares my DNA as well. I've not talked to her, but would like to some day.
Rayne sighs...
Rayne: So, there's a match where I team up with Amanda's other daughter, Aimee Hathor, who has no relation to me or Jennifer other than being her tag partner when wrestling as Phage. I've not seen Phage wrestle, but if this berserkness that Aimee sometimes displays during practices is any indication, she may get herself in trouble. I'll need to take care of diffusing her when she starts the bomb that is this new attitude.
Rayne puts her hands around her knees and leans forward slightly.
Rayne: I'm rambling. Let me get back to this UWF talk and why I'm even thinking about that place being that I'm in Ladies All Star wrestling now. Aimee and I have a Triple Threat Tag Team match for a future shot at the LAW Tag Team titles. Two of our opponents, Lucy Seraphina and Rachel Rosangela, are wrestlers I've encountered in UWF. They were in a group known as the Angel Clan and I see their group is called The Clan here in L.A.W. The team is called Silent Rage and while Rachel calls herself Mistress Rage, I can only conclude that the silent one is Lucy. Speaking of Lucy, I am really loving your look here. It seems UWF didn't give you enough credit for your beauty. Lucy, you call yourself some type of vampire and after seeing a time traveling gun-slinging professor, I can believe you are just that. Maybe we can have some fun in the ring and I let you bite me. Then again, I'm not sure how safe that is in today's world. Maybe we can have a little fun after the match. Rachel Rosangela, Mistress Rage, you like it rough, so maybe we will have fun as well. I wasn't able to really have fun with you in UWF, but maybe we can this time.
Rayne stretches for a moment before continuing.
Rayne: Then there are the Fireshock Sisters. One of these women is apparently trying to make up for something in her life by becoming a wrestler who only does one type of move and the other thinks Lightning is a cool name. Fireshock, you may be on your way to being fired and nothing you've shown me is much of a shock. You came in and made the same claim we did in that you were there to add more to the tag team division in Ladies All Star Wrestling, but there are big difference between you and The Triad. We outnumber you by one person, we are better wrestlers than you, and we are loads more entertaining than you can ever hope to be. To be honest, you two do not exactly ooze intelligence and I just hope you both can find the ring when or if you even make it to the arena.
Rayne gets to her feet and dusts the sand off of herself.
Rayne: We, the women of The Triad, feel that some good things come in threes. Ladies All Star Wrestling seems to share our view seeing as both matches involving The Triad are some type of three-way match. I am planning for victories in both our matches which will settle Amanda's problem with Jennifer Drew and get us one step closer to the L.A.W. Tag Team Championship belts. Fireshock be prepared because at Rising Stars, you will feel the Downpour! Silent Rage, even though you've faced me in the past and think you know what to expect from me, you are wrong. The only thing you are guaranteed when facing me is that you can expect one thing and one thing only... The unexpected!
Rayne turns around and walks off as the camera fades to black.
