I do want to get this out, just...out of my mind. I might come back and delete this later as it is rather negative and I do apologize for that. Also I will say that it does contain some spoilers, sorry, and I know I'm not the one who should be opening up a thread on the topic (That being feedback for a show) but I do need to get this off my chest.
Okay, so...give people time to turn away from this over the spoilery negative thoughts...

Sorry, I'm just making it so people have to purposely scroll down before getting the spoilers.

Okay, that works. I'm not impressed with the tag title match. I don't mind that it was a loss on my end, I can deal with those. I mean I've been doing this for over ten years so I've racked up my fair share of losses. That's not what this is about. What this is about the way the match was presented. It was completely and utterly a squash match. For those that don't know what they are, because in my run they've become few and far between (thankfully), a squash match where one side looks invincible as compared to the others. The most common type is giving the opposition ZERO offense.
Now, I know Kat got a spear takedown and a couple head pounds, but personally the effort I put in toward selling the match deserved a little more. Hell, that's not even the miniscule amount of effort you give someone who just says "I'm gonna win." because you're at least respectful to the game enough to not be petty. You don't just give them nothing to work with. You would at least go "I know you didn't put in the effort, that's why you lost, but here's something."
In the tag match there was nothing. There's little to work off of. Ana (who wrote the match) and Amber don't look any stronger and Naughty Girls don't have anything to take from this loss. It wasn't "You came so close...but lost in the end." It was "Whatever. *eyeroll* Who's next?" So in no way impressed with how the tag match came about.
That said, I do want to apologize for those who may have felt a little short handed in the battle royal. I wrote the set up portion of it, basically up to the first elimination, and I tried to mix it up as much as possible. I mean, with obvious exceptions like Michelle and Amy just randomly going at it. I mean, yeah, it's a battle royal but it'd kinda be like the Hardy's fighting each other when Kane was coming to the ring. Oh...wait. Okay, like Kane and Undertaker fighting each other when they were on the same page. Yeah, there we go. I tried to keep the fire burning between Chacalita and Latoya, I tried to make Michelle and Kayla look as good as I could, and I tried giving Etsuko the background treatment given that she was my own character. I hope it all translated well.
As for the elimination half, or the better half as I wasn't involved with it , I thought it went down rather well. I kinda dug that Michelle lasted as long as she did as even though she isn't my character she was one that I could've seen winning the match. I mean, after Etsuko, but that was just far stretching hope with her. lol I did enjoy how Etsuko was the last one eliminated as that pretty much is her career; just getting to the final moments yet never landing into the winner's circle. Oh well, she'll win something one day.
The following is just thoughts from my writing, so no longer feedback on the show. Therefore, you're more than welcome to skip over this if'n you don't care.
I did want to get Etsuko's first RP up sooner, given she was a relative unknown to...I think everyone. Or most everyone. I'm sure definitely everyone in the match. I wanted her to be taken as more than some freak wearing a shock collar. I wanted the purpose to be put in there. But procrastination is my biggest enemy. I did like writing the first portion of her second one as it was another thing I wanted to push out, her devotion toward her Goddess.
As with Katie and Kat, I know I didn't put in the same amount of effort as I did with the singles matches but I found each one enjoyable. Candi and Kat are a good mix as Candi doesn't quite understand the world she's gotten herself into, but is still devoted to her Mistress given lion cubs listen to their elders. Or something. Her complete basis is Lion King. Katie and Bitch's relationship is still settling in so hopefully you can bear with me there on that.
Anyway, that's about it. Just wanted to get those thoughts out there. Several new champs so that's awesome, congrats to them there. Interested in hearing other thoughts if people have them.
Party on,
Joe.
