Tomorrow it’s me and Jessica Drew vying for the number 1 contendership for the Marquee title. It’s funny how the Marquee as of late seems to hold more prestige than the world title. You got so many wanting a shot at it while really the World title seems to be neglected.
I find myself in the thick of it while many, some deserving are waiting on the outskirts for their chance at it. You got Kate Steele, Mackenzie Roberts, Gabriella Salinas (one of the most vocal about it, and isn’t afraid to share her opinion on who should be in line and who shouldn’t) and of course Jessica Drew and I.
I honestly don’t want to play down any of my opponents talents because I’ve been guilty of that before and it had almost cost me in some case and did in others. Yet still I have TO WONDER IF Salinas maybe right about Drew. Does she honestly deserve a shot at the contendership? Let’s face facts, Salinas did have her beat in Queen of the Ring, but got too “enthusiastic” after the match and lost her chance to be in the finals against Taylor. I know my agent has said to her a few weeks ago that Salinas was too scared for the big time that’s why she did it. You know the same thing the rumblings say about me, except in my case they say I choke during the match.
“Thing is I don’t believe it. I did accuse her of being just like Sidney, but truth of the matter is I can see being in the moment and just going full throttle not caring what you are doing. Bad thing about that though it sometimes costs you in the end. Don’t get me wrong, I do not condone actions like Salinas did and I do not care for the manner she regards everyone else in the fed. Sooner or later she’s going to run into someone that will slap her in her “Vain, Angelic” mouth. If the opportunity presents its self I’ll be more than happy to do it.
Still though the fact of the matter is despite Salinas losing the match by reversal because of DQ, she initially had Drew beat hands down. Then the next show to prove it wasn’t a 1 time thing. She beat her again, this time securing the win for sure. Yeah she of course ran her mouth but still she did deliver, plus she made the point of emphasizing that the wrong person was in the contenders match since she basically beat Drew twice. And you know what I tend to agree.
Granted she took her shots at me too saying I had no business being in the match either but as I said she has a tendency to run off at the mouth so sometimes I think her mouth says stuff before her brain can catch up to it.
It still makes me wonder why the powers that be in LAW gave Drew the shot at the contendership and not Salinas. She has more of a right to stake claim to it than Drew does, more so than Steele does also. Hell Roberts does to, granted it’s because she won thanks to help from Steele but it was still a win over the current champ.
Like I said though I’m not going to overlook Drew. I’ve made that mistake to overlook my opponents in the past. And like I said earlier in the week I’m going to take my time to find her weaknesses and exploit them to my advantage. I’m not going to charge like a bull in a china shop because all that will do is cause me to be the one to make a mistake for Drew to capitalize on it. And I’m sure she’s itching to come back from two big loses. I don’t plan on being the one she ends her streak on though. I plan to be the one to continue it. After that I’m moving on to Comacho and taking the title from her. Then I’ll be more than willing to show Salinas that she under estimates me too much and that will be her down fall. She along with everyone else who feels the Marquee title should be theirs.
I started off saying the Marquee title seemed to be more prestigious than the World Title is right now. When I become champ, I will show just how much better it is and why it should be the title people want.

Nyako rose from her bed after a long night of bedroom gymnastics with Priya, the beautiful, curvaceous, Indian woman she met at the Gym the day before. She turned to look at her companion and smirked. It had been a long while sense Nyako had let herself go like she did with the woman the night before. In fact Nyako couldn’t even remember the last time she had done it.
The last time that popped into her head was her tag team partner and friend Kitty. It was the night they had become the tag team champs. They got drunk in the celebration and things lead up to a full night of intimate celebrating between the two. They had messed around a few times after ward but nothing was like that night. Maybe it was so intense because just like the night before she had so much bottled up inside her she just exploded when the opportunity presented itself.
Back then she pined after Syn, she knew Syn didn’t swing that way yet, Syn had a way of tantalizing her and making her thinking that just maybe something would happen. Syn used her sexuality to her fullest extent when she wants to get what she desired. She had done the same thing to Maleek Raheem, always left him blue-balled after teasing him and making him think he was going to get lucky. But like Nyako he always came away from that well empty handed. But unlike Nyako who just bottled all her frustration inside he slept with anything that looked in his direction and had the right parts for him to of course.
Nyako though found hr release in a woman she struck a bond with in one of her earlier feds: Kitty. They instantly bonded. Nyako was known even then as a lone wolf, hell she had been one most of her life, yet with Kitty she felt complete. She only felt that way a few times before and since: with her brother, with Song, and now with her sister, Kymiku. She wasn’t on to get attached because she always waited for something to happen when she did. With Kitty it was no different.
She continued to look at Priya who seemed to have a satisfied grin on her caramel colored skinned face. Nyako didn’t expect anything more from this woman than a night of passionate sex really. In fact that was all she wanted when it came down to it. She felt no connection to her other than to ravage her. The night before showed Nyako what she was missing and she took every opportunity to explore every inch of the woman’s body as she did the same for Nyako. As much as Nyako was pleased by the release, she also knew there were strings attached to hr one night affair.
One the way back to her place the previous night while Priya groped her, kissed her, nibbled on her, to get Nyako hot and bother, Nyako continued to think about the man she saw walking away from Priya at the gym. She knew she recognized him but just couldn’t nail down who it was. She wanted to believe the story Priya fed her but it just seemed to phony. Not that she couldn’t believe one of the guys at the gym wouldn’t probably approach the Indian looking to score, but most of them knew Nyako, and knew to keep their distance from her. She had gotten the rep of being a bit of a cold hearted bitch. Granted it was only among of few of the regulars that she gained the rep from for showing them she wasn’t going to take any bullshit they threw her way. The others knew to respect her and give her space. As long as they didn’t start anything, there would be no problems. That was one reason she was surprised that Priya mentioned the manager, Mike sent her to her to see if she would be willing to train her.
That was another thing. She had a feeling before she mentioned Mikes name, Priya had no idea who the manager was and just used that line on her. Nyako helped her fill in the blanks in her story. Also it was the fact that she had never seen Priya in the gym before. She had initially chalked it up to the fact that maybe she came in when Nyako wasn’t there, but seeing as it was practically a second home to her, that wasn’t likely. Plus if it was true, why did she come in at that time yesterday. She claimed her trainer was out but Nyako didn’t by it. Neither did she buy Priya’s excuse of the other trainers being busy, since Nyako some a few of them on the machines their selves since they had no clients. Any number of them would have gladly help out the woman lying in Nyako’s bed. Yet she chose to approach Nyako instead.
Bells went off when the woman first came to her, and she even suspected it was some scheme hatched by Grey or someone else playing a practical joke on her. But quickly her libido, and hormones kicked it and into o over drive when they sensed, Nyako had a chance to let off some steam she had been building up inside for far too long. Toys and fingers only got you so far, and with Oni living there before, that even had to stop. She wasn’t one for one night stands either, and usually wasn’t approached too often. Those that had enough balls to hit on her usually were jerks, while everyone else kept their distance. Maybe it was because like so many have told her, she looked mean. Yet this woman came to her, and didn’t even flinch. She was blunt from jump and didn’t hide her desire to be with Nyako. It was all too good to be true.
Nyako, nudged the sleeping Priya. At first she just moaned sensually. Nyako nudged her again, causing Priya to stir and wake up with a big smile on her face and sleep leaving her eyes.
“I would have thought after last night you would have been worn out. Are you ready for a morning round?” Priya said as she beamed at Nyako.
Nyako snorted and shook her head slightly. “No, it more like time for 20 questions.”
Priya scooted up in the bed holding a sheet to barely cover her nakedness. She looked at Nyako with a puzzled smile on her face.
“Are these questions of a sexual nature. I’m pretty sure we covered most things last night. Is there something else you want to try? I’m more than happy to lend a helping hand.” She said mischievously.
“Let’s start with who hired you.” Nyako said. A smile was still on her face but underneath a small burning flame was starting up. The time for fun and games were over, Nyako wanted to find out the truth.
Priya could sense the shift in Nyako’s demeanor. She could see the woman was not playing around. Still Priya tried hard to keep her cover.
“I don’t know what you mean. No one hired me, I had seen you in the gym before, and I felt an attraction to you and decided to make a move.”
“Funny how I never seen you there before. In fact yesterday had been the first time I saw you.” Nyako said, still smiling, but it was anything but a welcoming one.
Priya had to think quick. “I usually am in the Sauna or pool area. I rarely work out on the machines, yesterday though I thought I just try my luck. I had asked Matt…”
“Mike you mean?”
Priya paused for a second, then slapped her forehead as if to scold herself for making the name mistake. “Yes Mike, the manager. I asked him who you were and he told me.”
“So the whole trainer thing was a lie then?”
Priya thinking she might escape the inquisition unscathed, sheepishly nodded her head and gave Nyako a sorrowful look, trying to convey she was slightly embarrassed. “Yeah…I just wanted to meet you/”
“What about the guy you slapped?” Nyako said moving on.
She was trying hard to catch the woman in a lie that would reveal more to her. She did give the wrong name of the manager and for someone who claimed to be a regular there shouldn’t do that, but it wasn’t enough to call her on it. Hell Nyako forgot names herself at times. She wanted more concrete evidence.
Priya looked confused as to what Nyako was talking about, but then remembered the incident with Maleek.
“I told you, he approached me about a 3-way between him, me and you. I told him I wasn’t interested, but he kept insisting. I finally had to slap him to make sure he heard my answer loud and clear.”
“See the thing is most of the guys, hell all of the guys know me there and keep their distance. I find it hard to believe this one would be ballsy enough to try his luck.”
“I think he was new, plus you know how guys are sometimes. They see two hot girls together they want to join in on the fantasy.”
“I know I’ve seen him before though, but not there?” Nyako said still trying to place the man.
“I can’t help you there.” Priya said shrugging her shoulders.
Just as Priya started to become more relaxed that her cover would hold up, Nyako jumped up off the bed as if something bit her. Priya looked at her stunned and wondered what was going on.
“Raheem.” Nyako said in slight growl as the picture started to fall into place for her.
“Excuse me?” Priya said trying to feign bewilderment, although she could sense things were about to crash down.
Nyako turned her eyes to Priya and narrowed them at her. She snarled at the Indian woman. “What the fuck is Raheem up to?”
A chill ran down Priya’s spine as she suddenly didn’t feel to safe her with Nyako. She could see the anger rising in the Asian woman, but couldn’t escape. She scooted all the way over to the other side of the bed, trying to increase the distance between them.
“I don’t know what you’re talking about.” Priya said unconvincingly.
Nyako could feel the burring inside of her. She could tell her emotions were starting to get the best of her. She had to tell herself, that despite whatever this woman was up too. She was a pawn in this game Raheem seemed to be playing, granted a willing one but still not the person who deserved Nyako’s full rage.
She tried to calm down, but found it hard to do as her voice still came out in a bit of a snarl. “Don’t treat me as an idiot. As good as you were last night, I didn’t get stupid because of it. Tell me what Raheem is up to.”
Priya gulped. Right now she really didn’t care if she lost the movie role he promised her. She wanted to leave the apartment in one piece. She could tell Nyako was trying to keep herself in check, but also could tell there was very little holding her at bay also.
“He wanted me to approach you and flirt with you in hopes that it would lead to things. He said after I left here I ‘m supposed to call him to tell him whether it worked out or not.”
“Why?”
“I don’t know…”
Nyako stared lasers at Priya. Priya put up her hands waving her off and shook her head emphatically.
“I swear, I really don’t know. He just said I was supposed to seduce you, sleep with you and call him. He promised me a role in an upcoming CTN movie along with some money.”
Nyako reluctantly believed Priya. She knew what kind of smooth talker Maleek fashioned himself to be and for the most part it worked on a lot of women. Still it didn’t make matters any better. What was he really up to. Was her working with Grey since it seemed everything he tried to get rid of her backfired. Maybe he thought if he appeased her, she’d leave him alone. Sell out Nyako to make the old hag happy.
“Please don’t hurt me. I’m so, so sorry. I swear, if I had known.”
Nyako focused back on Priya, as the anger inside started to subside. Like she told herself earlier Priya wasn’t the one she wanted to hurt. Maleek was. Priya threw in with him with a promise of a payout but still.
“I’m not going to hurt you. But believe me, don’t think I’m letting this slide either.”
Priya looked somewhat relieved but still apprehensive. “I told you what I know. I swear that’s it. If you just let me leave, I won’t say anything.”
Nyako was caught off guard with that last statement. Did she really put the fear of god into this woman. She knew she got angry but didn’t think she showed how angry she had gotten. She thought she kept it down before it came flooding out. But yet this woman seemed to be scared Nyako would seek retribution on her. Was this what Oni went through when she didn’t have her demon in check up until recently?
“I’m not going to do anything to you, I promise.” Nyako said trying to reassure the woman. “Go ahead and call Raheem. Tell him you need to see him, to renegotiate things or something. Tell him to meet you at your place next week.”
“Couldn’t we just let things go? I told you what I know and I can stay away from him, I have family in California I could go see until things blow over.”
“No, you make the call and tell him to meet you next week. I’m sure if you tell him you want to give him blow by blow details of what happened he’d be more than happy to take you up on your offer.” The wheels in Nyako’s head started to turn. The fire was still festering but it was on low as she planned out how to get to the bottom of things with Maleek.
“But I…”
“You owe me. As good as last night was, and believe me, it was good and a welcome release. What you told me changes it all. You set this up we are even. You don’t have to deal with me or Raheem after next week unless you want.” Nyako said with a sly grin on her face, thinking about going a few more rounds with the Indian woman. No strings attached sex might be what she needed to deal with everything going on around her, and this woman was damn good in the bed.
She sensed more apprehension from Priya from her open invitation to comeback, and didn’t blame her about it. She knew she had scared the woman so much she had tried to bury herself in the corner of the bed near the wall as Nyako raged. Try as she might, it was hard for her to put someone at ease when she showed that side of herself to them.
Priya thought surprised Nyako by telling her she’d think about it. There was a trace of fear in her voice but it seemed Priya had been intrigued by their night together also and seemed to be slightly open for a return performance at some point in the future.
Priya stretched out on the bed trying to find her cell phone as Nyako the full view of her mocha colored backside. Nyako could feel stirring inside of her again, beating down her anger and instead replacing it with sexual desire.
She turned away and walked in to her bathroom to take a cold shower to calm herself. As much as she wanted to enjoy the pleasures of Priya one last time. She needed to get ready to fly off to Arizona for her match against Drew for the top contendership for the Marque title. Despite everything that had happened in the past two weeks and what would probably happen following the event. She had remained focused on the match. She knew there were many who felt she might choke again, and wanted to prove the doubters wrong.
She was on cloud 9 after the tag win with Oni over the Doc and Evelyn Taylor two weeks prior, but that quickly died down when Oni said she was moving out. Now this turn of events with Maleek and whatever plan he was hatching came up at probably the worst time. Still she wasn’t going to let it distract her from her goal. She wanted to win this match, and then win the Marquee title and no matter what was thrown up in front of her to distract her or take her focus, she wasn’t going to let it. This was her mission, after she was done then she would deal with whatever else was happening. Until then Drew was her only target.
